We all know how it feels at our lowest point. I know I do. I remember feeling hopeless. I thought I was a failure. But then I decided that I was done suffering and I asked for help. It wasn't easy. Some days, I wanted to give up. I didn't.
I also remember when I started feeling hopeful. This was when I realized that I was not a failure. I had potential. I had promise. I continued on my journey. I am successful and proud. I am a family man. I am an athlete. I am accomplished. I am so many things that I thought I could never be.
My name is Terry Ketteringham and the reason I have chosen this career path is to help you step out of your depths and find out what accomplishments are ahead. I will encourage you when you feel discouraged.
I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
